Land Line Voice
You can view your call usage and your prior call usage from the Customer Account Toolkit. Usage on these services may be delayed by up to 48 hours, however non-standard calls such as reverse call charges, international calls and third party charges can take longer for us to receive as such these may appear on the following billing period's invoice. We are not permitted to invoice you for any charges older than 160 days.
Call usage for VoIP can be viewed from the Customer Account Toolkit, most of these calls will be logged in real-time however some charges may take 24 hours to appear.
ADSL & NBN Broadband
You can view your data usage from our Customer Access Toolkit at any time, please be aware that usage counters can take 1 hour to update. We will also provide usage warning emails when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your usage allowance. If you have a package which consists of peak and off-peak quotas, then you will receive usage warnings for both time periods at the 50%, 85% and 100% mark.
We offer the ability to view the remaining hours left on any prepaid data purchased on our dialup services. Simply login to the Customer Account Toolkit and you can view your activity as well as how many hours are remaining on your prepaid allowance. We also send reminders when you have 10 hours, and 1 hour of prepaid time left on your account. Should your prepaid time be nearing its expiry, we will also send reminders at 10 days & 3 days prior to expiry.
Mobile & Mobile Broadband
You can track your call and data usage from the Customer Account Toolkit, usage for this service may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
We will also provide usage warnings when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your call and data allowances. Please be aware though that these warnings may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
We currently do not offer 3rd party tools, however most Smart Phones come with data usage meters which can be enabled in the Settings section of the phone, we recommend you enter in your billing period date along with your bandwidth quota so your phone can inform you when you are nearing your quota. Refer to the phones manual to confirm if your phone supports this feature.
Changing your Plan
If you find that you are going over your limit often, please contact us to discuss the option of changing your plan to a more cost effective plan.
